This year coincides with the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Post Art Club. The Museum specially organized the “20th Anniversary of Post Art Club and the 2018 Chinese Cultural Philately Seminar and Postal Art Exhibition”, and celebrated the centenary birthday of Mr. Chen Chi-Hsun, who is a senior philatelist in the postal industry. The Exhibition is also expressing philatelic achievements and the promotion of arts, cultural activities, and the virtue of respecting for the elderly.
